Fear and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Anxiety is another word for fear. Sometimes fear can grow out of proportion to the circumstances and you end up thinking negatively about the future in general. By learning coping skills you can recover motivation and perspective in your life. You will learn that fear is not something separate to yourself, but a response to what you are thinking and doing.
Many individuals experience painful and traumatic circumstances which cause feelings of hopelessness, low mood, anxiety and stress. These feelings can linger when you think about the past, even when it is over. With the Mood Tips on this website, we hope you can at least partly overcome these feelings and feel more in control of your present and future.
