If you are feeling ok right now then maybe you don't need to change anything at this point, but there may be things you need to change in future. Perhaps you could equip yourself now with better coping skills that will help should life take an unexpected negative turn.

Do something that would be helpful to someone else. Make a phone call, send a joke or just smile.
Be grateful to others, but also to yourself. Allow yourself to take credit for any small achievement. Even if you have to tell that to yourself.
