The anonymous data here is derived from the first 112 people who completed the online survey by 31 May 2020.
42% people reported here that they are currently feeling a little more anxious than normal. Then again a similar proportion feel the same as usual and some feel even better.
About half of those surveyed said their anxiety is about a specific situation and about half feel they experience more general stress or anxiety. 50/50
Most people who responded said it feels important to reduce their own stress
It seems that most of those surveyed feel that stress is impacting them physically, (rating on a scale from 0-7).
The biggest worries reported were about work, relationships and mental health
Whereas most people don't repond to anxiety or stress by creating rituals or checking, our survey found that 1 in 5 people, do so sometimes or often (rating on a scale from 0-7).
